Who I am

I am a software engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I specialize in backend engineering. I am proficient in Java and comfortable in other languages such as C and C++.

Prior to beginning my current position as a software engineer at Apple, I attended Purdue University where I was a TA for two courses: CS18000 (Introduction to Software Engineering) and CS30700 (Software Engineering I). In CS 30700, I acted as a projet coordinator to student led teams throughout the semester as they developed a project using the Scrum methodolgy. In CS 18000, my role lied primarily in developing projects and coursework for the students.

When I am not working, you can often find me running, reading, or keeping up with new developments in technology.

What I've worked on

What I've worked on

Cyrano Mobile App

For my senior project, my team and I developed a mobile app for Android that allowed users to crowd source a response; users could post screenshots of conversations and ask for help responding, somethingg hat many people struggle with. For this project, I was in charge of developing and maintaining or SQL database, and writing APIs to allow the application to obtain the data it needed from our backend.

TutorScript Web App

As part of a semester project, I worked with a team to create a web application that serves as an online IDE for MiniScript. I developed the database schema and maintained the database throughout development. Additionally, I worked with the frontend developers to develop JavaScript functions for making requests to the backend.
